ReactView Privacy Policy

ReactForge Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ReactView, a video analysis tool for coaches. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and delete personal information in connection with ReactView and account services on reactview.com.
Accounts and Information You Provide
Accounts are created on reactview.com, not directly in the ReactView app. Account registration requires your name and email address. ReactView does not support Google, Apple, or other third-party sign-in services.
We collect videos you choose to upload, which may contain images, voices, and other personal information about the people recorded. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message.
Camera Microphone and Video Storage
With your permission, ReactView can access your device’s camera and microphone to record video and audio for video analysis. Recordings can remain on your device and can also be uploaded to our service.
You can manage camera and microphone permissions in iOS Settings. Disabling a permission may affect recording features. Record and upload videos only when you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Technical Information
Supabase provides our analytics and crash reporting services, in addition to hosting, storage, and authentication. Technical information processed through these services is used to understand app operation, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
How We Use Information
- Provide video storage and analysis features requested by coaches.
- Manage and authenticate accounts.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Monitor performance, investigate crashes, and maintain reliability.
- Protect the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service Providers and Disclosure
We use Supabase to provide hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and crash reporting. Supabase processes information on our behalf to provide these services. Service providers receiving personal information must protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.
ReactView does not display advertisements. Apart from processing by our service provider, we do not share personal information with other companies for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if required by applicable law or a valid legal order.
Storage and Retention
Information uploaded to our service is stored in the United States. If you use ReactView from another country, your uploaded information is transferred to the United States for processing.
We retain account information and uploaded videos while needed to provide the service. Within 48 hours after you submit an account deletion request, we delete the account, associated personal information, uploaded videos, associated logs, and backup copies.
Account Deletion and Your Choices
To request deletion, open ReactView, sign in, select the Delete Account button, and follow the on-screen instructions. The button notifies our team to process deletion; deletion is not immediate when you press it.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You can revoke camera and microphone access through your device’s Settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
ReactView is intended for coaches and is not intended for children to use. If you believe a child has provided personal information through unauthorized use of ReactView, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Videos uploaded by coaches may include other individuals; coaches are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record and upload those videos.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
