ReactView Account Deletion Policy

ReactForge Inc. operates ReactView, a video analysis tool for coaches. Accounts are created on reactview.com, not directly in the app. You can request permanent deletion of the account you use with ReactView through the Delete Account button in the app.
How to Request Deletion
- Open ReactView and sign in to your account.
- Select the Delete Account button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your deletion request.
The button notifies our team to process your request. It does not immediately delete your account when pressed.
If you cannot access your account or need assistance, email support@reactview.com. We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
What We Delete
Within 48 hours after you submit your deletion request, we delete your account, associated personal information, uploaded videos, associated logs, and backup copies from the service. This includes the account you use to access ReactView through reactview.com.
Account deletion is permanent. Once deletion is completed, your account and deleted information cannot be restored.
Processing Your Request
Our team processes account deletion requests manually and completes deletion, including removal of backup copies, within 48 hours after the request is submitted.
Videos on Your Device
Deleting your account removes information held by our service. It does not automatically remove videos saved separately on your device or copies held outside our service. You can remove local copies through your device’s storage or photo management tools.
Removing the App
Uninstalling ReactView does not delete your account or uploaded information. Use the Delete Account button to submit an account deletion request.
